Shipping times:

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. 

Goods for US orders are shipped by UPS,which usually take between 5-9 business days to arrive at their destinations. Goods shipped from other overseas warehouses will be delivered by UPS, DPD and IML, which take usually 5-12 days. Those goods shipped from China will be dispached by China Post(14-25 days), FeDex(5-8 days), DHL(4-9 days). Actual shipping time may vary depending on the customer's location and situation of the carrier.

Shipping cost:

• We will charge additional shipping fee for orders from remote places or productis too heavy.

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email shopify@andonstar.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Where do you ship goods from?

Normally we ship the goods from USA warehouse, Poland warehouse, Russia warehouse and Shenzhen warehouse. It depends on the location of buyers and the situation of warehouse.
